HOW TO ORDER
On-line
Browse our on-line catalogue, click on the item you require and
it will be placed in your basket. When you have finished shopping
click on 'checkout' and follow the on screen instructions.
By phone
Browse the on-line catalogue making a note of the items you require,
quantity, description, code and price if possible, then you can
phone your order through to the shop between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday
to Saturday. We can take card payments over the phone so please
have your details to hand.
By Letter-post
Browse the on-line catalogue making a list of the items you require,
quantity, description, code and price if possible and send the order
to the shop. You can pay by cheque, made payable to THE MAKE IT
BOX, or include a phone number so we can phone you for payment by
card. Please do not send cash.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING INFORMATION
We do not have a minimum order value, what we do have is a scale
system, if your order value is less than £25 there is a P&P
charge of £2.95 If your order is £25.01 or above P&P
is free.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to despatch your order within 2 to 3 working days but please
allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding your order.
It is possible to have next day delivery but the entire cost of
£6.95 will fall to you, irrelevant of the size and weight
of the parcel. If you require next day delivery please phone or
fax your order through before 10.30am monday to thursday for delivery
the following day. These parcels come by courier and require a signature.
we can not express deliver on a Saturday because of the cost.
RETURNS POLICY
If anything arrives damaged we would appreciate as much information
as possible, photos would be extremely helpful especially if there
is damage to the postal packaging. This will help us avoid future
postal damages. We will usually offer a refund or replacement.
If your order arrives with something missing please contact us as
soon as possible, we always take a digital photo of the parcel before
its sealed and despatched. If you have been charged for an item
that has not been sent we will forward it as soon as possible. Unfortunately
mistakes do happen but we try very hard to avoid them and ask for
your patience and understanding whilst we correct any mistakes.
